Ocean View Tulamben is a good hotel. Liberty is very good. Worth doing at dawn (less divers as many drive in from Kuta/Seminyak/Sanur) and late afternoon and night. Seraya slope nearby has great macro. Saw my first mosaic boxer crabs at Seraya in October, two pairs of harlequin shrimp, and other cool. Images here. critters.
