Haven't dived there personally but friends have. Blue Pearl Bay and Manta Ray Bay were mentioned as worthwhile. Some limited info here:

I recently did Hardy Reef (Off of the reefworld pontoon) and Cataran Bay off of Border Island, both were decent, but nothing absolutely mind blowing, and at both the divers were in the minority, most people were snorkeling. (And TBH, some of my favorite pictures from Cataran Bay I got by snorkeling after we returned from diving.)
