Hello..

Was doing service on my H wing and saw that the connector was broken.

Where can i buy such a thing - and also the fancy little tool for disassembly?

Would be the best if the store was located in Europe (minus the UK)

Thank you very much...cheers

Might want to consider just replacing the inflator. They’re cheap and it’s typically easier to just replace them Vs . repair.

DGX also sells everything you need to service the inflator if you decide to go that route.

What happened to it? Could you just screw it back in again?

If you broke off the nipple, you are going to want to do what Divin'Pawpaw over says. Get a new inflator. If the wing is relatively new I'd take it to the shop you got it from. I only know of Kingfish that deals Halcyon in Copenhagen, but I assume they can help out. If not, then dgx is a fast option.

God bless Xi Jinping and aliexpress. There are plenty of inflator heads, inflator connectors and inflator tools.
Used it flawless a lot of years.

Yep. No big deal. Just replace the inflator.

I've broken off the tip of the nipple too, Easy enough to replace....but finding the right one can be difficult. The nipple is threaded and there are different nipples with different threads. The most common thread seems to be the one DGX sells, which is 3/8-16 tpi, did not fit my wife's inflator on her AquaLung BCD. I found the proper one, 1/4-24 tpi, and it took just minutes to replace the broken one.

Not all inexpensive new inflators will fit all BCD hoses...beware.

Yep. You may have to go this route rather than DGX, since they don't sell Halcyon gear.

This is the Halcyon retail store in High Springs, Florida.
