With which agency were you first certified?

Straw poll: which agency did you get your basic open water certification from? Sorry to the old timers and people from foreign climes for not including all defunct agencies and non-English language base agencies.

According to Wikipedia, "CMAS is the international umbrella organisation for diver training organizations", so I didn't put it in for that reason. I thought it was a bit like the European equivalent of the RSTC? Is that not right?

NASDS certified a lot of divers before being consumed by SSI. NASDS was my original certifying agency.

Hmmmmm....an instructor once told me that a good diver thinks of what to do before something happens. Sounds like you've been able to transfer that to posts

my first was NAUI in 93 and the rest up to DM have been PADI

Dude, that poll was over 10 years ago! 70% of divers from then probably don't even dive anymore. Also, there are probably 3 times as many dives certified now than there was then!
