And we were expecting the "winner" to change?

Looking for enlightenment in regards to the placement percentages of the 2nd thru 15th place Agencies?

That would demonstrate only that this sample and methodology are quite flawed.

BTW- add L A County to that list? :wink:
 
According to Wikipedia, "CMAS is the international umbrella organisation for diver training organizations", so I didn't put it in for that reason. I thought it was a bit like the European equivalent of the RSTC? Is that not right?

No. CMAS certs are issued by CMAS Instructors and YMCA Instructors who have their CMAS cards. YMCA Instructors can get CMAS Instructor cards by simply paying the fee for the card.
