D2 starts with an entrance fissure that's a bit of a restriction, I have a friend who got stuck at 150' depth for a few minutes trying to get into the cave. But once you go through that restriction it's what you see in those photos. Then you have to exit via that same restriction.

Getting stuck there would suck. I have met resistance but fortunately not stuck.
