Umkomaas Lodge Dive Charters

Does anyone have experience with Umkomaas Lodge Dive Charters (www.aliwalshoalscubadiving.co.za)? I am just checking out some of the divecenters in Umkomaas and compare some prices and it's a lot cheaper than others.
If anyone has another suggestion for a dive center in Umkomaas, this is also very wellcome!

I can truely recommend diving with Quo Vadis (also mentioned in the above post).

I have been diving at aliwal for about 12 years. I currently use The Whaler, they are great, the skipper just took over (about a year ago) and he is very hands on. I would really suggest them to anyone, beginner or advanced.

I have been diving with ULDC since 1995, did all my coarses with them and can truly say they are an exelent bunch of people.

P.S. Yazrick, Jacq was asking about Umkomaas Lodge Dive Charters not Aquaplanet as you spoke about in the other thread.

Thanks for your information. I was interested in them because they also have cheap accommodation. The Whaler and Quo Vadis look good too, but they don't have the accommodation I am looking for.

I've never dived with Umkomaas Lodge but my group always stays and dives with Sea Fever. www.seafever.co.za. We've always enjoyed our stay and had no complaints at all.

I'm going down next weekend and they've really been great in accommodating the dives we've requested.

Seafever also looks good, too bad they don't have prices on their site. I will send them an email.

Seafever is R190 per dive, this a almost a standard in south africa. You should always pay between R180 - R250 max per dive, not including tank/nitrox or weights

they are both good, I normaly use The Whaler, but for this shark course things have been setup with Seafeaver.
