LBTS charters and conditions

I'm going to be in LBTS right across from the beach for 10 days with the family. Me and the wife are going to hit the infamous LBTS beach dive but we are wanting to also hit a dive charter. I've found parrot island and american dream charters. I'm wondering if there are in other charters in the area?

also I'm wondering what I can expect for water conditions. I went diving 3 miles off shore in key west. Will I expect the same clear blue water as I did there?

I did a shallow dive just north of LBTS a few weeks ago and the vis was spectacular with very blue water. Its not always that way, but many times is.
