I found out a few post ago that there is no such thing as diving for lobsters in eastern Canada. At first I was thinking, too bad, I will merely go to Florida and lobster dive there. Then it occurred to me that maybe, if someone did not already do this, petition the eastern provinces to let scuba divers catch a limited amount of lobsters over a limited time period each year. Come on, how many lobsters can a couple of hundred diver’s pull-up? Will this put a dent in the lobster industry? It may even be good for the tourist industry

If a petition has not already been made, maybe we can get together and try something. Maybe someone from the eastern provinces, with some good connections, can start one on Scubaboard and let the government know how we feel.

Just thinking out loud :idk:
