Whitestar Sunday 8/17

I am hoping to get in a few dives this Sunday 8/17 at whitestar. Nothing to advanced just relaxed outing to work on technique and have fun. Anyone interested in joining me? I am driving from Rochester, MI if you want to car pool.

I was there last Sunday, make sure you bring your compass. The viz was about 3'. If you want to go down into the crusher pit you will need your flashlights, since the viz is down the pit is pitch black. Even with the viz as low as it was we still had a great time. As I would approach a suspected attraction I would put my hand out in front so I would not unexpectedly bash my head into it.

It's true, the viz was among the worst we've ever seen last week. We still enjoyed the day though, and the water is not so cold. Compass is a must.
