I was 17 when I tookmy first OW class, but I had some "pool dives" in at an even younger age...
 
I was 11 when I did the class, but had to wait until I was 12 to get my C-card.
 
16 in 1986. My role model was Jacques Cousteau on the Calypso. I was the odd ball in the hood, can't paly bballl but scuba dives!?!? I guess for both sports call me waterboy! :D
 
27 when i started this fall....dove in ST Lucia over the summer....but did a few discovers when i was in high school.
 
18... at Skipper's Dive Shop in Pennsacola, FL... 1970
 
I started my OW class on my 49th birthday (it was a birthday present). That was almost eight years ago.

I am still learning how to dive ...
