Spent a wonderful week at Brac Reef Resort the week of 11/9. Awesome staff, comfortable accomodations, good food and beverages. We roomed on the second floor with a nice view of the ocean and resort pool. The rooms are modern, well maintained and provide complimentary Wi-Fi.

We were on the all inclusive plan with three meals and three beverages per day. The cuisine was good and served buffet style. Lunch and dinner offered several different entrées at each sitting. Friday evening is barbecue night featuring chicken and pork cooked on grills outside.

The on site diver operator is Reef Divers. Awesome crews, dive masters and boats. Newton dive boats for comfortable transport to the dive sites. We had the opportunity to dive the Bloody Bay wall at Little Cayman as well as the purposely sunk Russian frigate the Tibbetts.

BCD's and regulators are left on the boats daily and are washed by the crews. The remainder of your gear is stored in the dive shop ventilated area in mesh bags that Reef Divers provides each diver upon arrival.

The crews are awesome. We dove on the Coral Sister with Jeff and Barb. Jeff is an accomplished captain an DM (needs to work on his guy walked into a bar jokes).Barb is an enthusiastic, patient and knowledgeable Instructor/DM.

I also had the opportunity to dive with Captain Helen and dive masters BJ and Steve over the course of the week. On the night dive with captain Helen I found an octopus, squid, crabs and lobsters.

An overall great week of diving!

David

can you give some info on Water temps, vis, other dive sites? do any shore diving? places to dine? headed over in a few days and would appreciate any and all info.

Thanks

BudManOK,

Water temperatures were in the 80 degree range. Visibility was generally good. We had calm seas most of the week which makes a difference. Some of the sites we dove were East Chute, Charlie's Reef, Barracuda Bite, Plymouth Rock, Elkhorn Forest, Manta Canyon, Eden Wall, Angel Reef, CragbAlley, Tarpon Reef, and Sgt. Major.

We did not do any shore diving. I did see several people snorkeling in the shallows.

We were all inclusive at Brac Reef and did not dine anywhere else. The food at Brac Reef was good.

Enjoy your trip.

David
