Hi, I'm doing a working trip on the MSC Divina. We'll be in Grand Turk on April 5 and I'm thinking about diving. I pretty experienced but I don't expect much more than a shore excursion type (cattle boat) experience — but if I'm there I might as well dive. Wondering if it's worth bringing a minimum kit (prefer using my own stuff). Would a 2 mil shorty be enough exposure protection?

We were there last week, and water temps were around 77. I don't know how much it will warm up in the next few weeks. I was glad for my 5-mm full suit but we dove all week, and I'm a cold wimp. YMMV.

Thanks drl, I guess I'll see if I can make room for my full suit. Odd, the more diving I do the more of a cold wimp I become.
