I currently use a cressi big eyes but the space for the nose isn't quite wide enough. It continually presses up against it and while it seals fine, it just feels uncomfortable after a while. Any suggestions? I'd like to whittle down the playing field before I go over the LP and try a slew of masks on.

You might take a look at a Tusa Visualator and/or a Tilos Titanica.

The Tusa Liberator masks were used as standard rental equipment in a lot of shops I've visited because it will fit OK for most men - and men have larger noses.

The Tusa Pano Geo is another possibility. I've lent mine to a friend with a very ample nose on many occasions and it worked fine for him.
