Does anyone know how to remove silk screen ink? Leave out cut it off.

If the ink was applied properly and it is the proper ink for the media it will permanently bond to it. That is why there are certain thinners that have to be used as well, to get the bonding. You will likely dissolve the object you are trying to remove the printing from when you try to get it off.... so it depends on the formulation of the ink and what it is on.
