:07: Hi. I was certified 10 years ago- dove in Calif & Hawaii, then no diving till recently, so I went through classes for recert, rather than brief refresher, as I knew it would take me a while to get comfortable breathing on a regulator. I was diving this weekend in fresh water (in Texas) and found myself producing so much saliva it was practically choking me and I would spit it in regulator. It was frustrating and only got excessive on a couple of the dives. Does this happen to anyone else & why does it occur? What might I do to prevent it? Glad to see this board. Hello fellow divers. :05:
