I just got myself one of the new style Everflex wetsuits. This is a 3mm suit I'm planning on taking with me to Little Cayman. The other day I tried it on, and even with my wife coaching me from the rear I was not able to zip it up by myself. This one has the back zipper placed diagonally, so instead of coming up in the small of your back the zipper has to close over the fleshy part of your left hip. I have tried and tried, and no way can I zip this thing up without help. That's a major problem for me. In fact, it's a show-stopper. I suppose I could trim off the whole neoprene flap under the zipper and get it to work, but that feels terribly heavy-handed. Has anybody else encountered this and found a solution?
