And, am going to get one of those thicker hoods that Bob3 has for sale. I should be warm as toast!!

He doesn't do cold water dives now if he can help it, if I want him to help with March check-out dives we have to go to Florida LOL! Basically I can get him to dive around here when the water warms up to 60 degrees :wink:

Yes it can!!!


The ocean is about 3.5 sodium chloride (salt). With that concentration of salinity, that brings the freezing point down to about 28 degrees.

Ok, I stand corrected. I didn't realize that Gilboa was a salt water quarry.
