I hope it was quick and painless... :depressed:

It was as humane as I could manage.

Saturday brought more cold water from the deep and more green water from Ft Pierce, but the diving was actually kinda interesting if you could manage the cold. Alex found a couple of gags, as AquaJon pointed out, and when I tied off on the Tony, I saw a whole mess of nice sized permit. It was cold, and hazy, but busy. There was a mild north current hinting that the end of the cold green water was drawing near. Bottom temps on the wreck were again 66 degrees, the green water was 72, and felt like a nice warm bath on the way back up.

The Tony was chilly but fun!

I found one of these, up from the deep. I don't know what it is, but it was the size of both of my fists held thumb to thumb and it tasted salty.

The water on the reef was moving very gently to the north, but there was still a pretty sharp thermocline rolling over it.

Kev, it was great fun diving with you last weekend. You run a very cool operation, and it was a blast to dive with you! I'll certainly be back down again to enjoy some more 6-pack diving. It was also fun to get to know you and the other guys a little better during the after dive food and fun. See you soon! :D
