Whatever happened?

To the thread entitled, "TSA: Multi-purpose Super Cops? Now what?" by DandyDon? I posted something to it on Sunday, received my weekly update on it yesterday, but the links in the email are now inactive. I get a message:

"garyfotodiver, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Yet, as of Sunday I had sufficient privileges, and my account is not disabled or awaiting activation, as evidenced by my posting on other threads.

Do I find the heavy hand of politically correct censorship here? I realize this is a private venture for private profit, but really...

Partly in response the the post I quoted getting reported, we decided to move this whole discussion to the Pub. It was bound to get political anyway and you can speak more freely now that it's here.

Nothing has been deleted. The thread has only be relocated to a more appropriate forum.

You need to be a Regular (of The Pub).

Yeah, I got the "Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page" and thot maybe it had been pulled to the back room for editing perhaps - but I never got a notice. I'm not registered in the Pub, so I guess that's why I got that.

Since this is in the Feeback Sub-F, I suggest than when a thread is pulled from public view like this one, all posters be notified if possible - or at least the Original poster...?

Go to Forums, scroll down to Surface Interval, sub-forum, The Pub. Yes, you will need to opt in.

If that doesn't work, go to your Control Panel and edit your Group Memberships.
