I'd like to get out and dive this weekend. I saw the post about the charter Saturday but it seems like it's going to be a late start and I've only got the earlier half of the day to work with. Sunday I'm free pretty much all day. If anyone wants to get out and doesn't mind diving with a newbie let me know.

I wish I could but I am booked up on Saturday and Sunday I have a couple of dives that are for a deco class. I am leading a shark tooth dive on the 17th down in Venice. You are more than welcome to come down for that.

Im diving on Friday and working the rest of the weekend.......
There will be another time!

I'm up for a dive on Sunday. What did you have in mind? Beach, charter, springs?

I've been hearing a lot about these fossil\teeth dives. I may check it out. Thanks for the heads up.

Good question...

I think the wife and I are heading for a spring.

Don't expect much viz if you do a shore dive. We have had too much rain recently. Just ask Aquapixie about the soup.

Conch and I are trying to figure something out. It looks like it's either going to be a charter or spring dive at this point. What is the viz like at Hudson Grotto? I hear the water is pretty tannic. Is it like diving a swamp or....?

Viz at Hudson is bad...

IMO Hudson is nasty. Very tannic and smelly. Great place for classes and trying out new gear but that is about it. Check to see if the winds have been favorable for Spanish Rocks. If they have then it may be cleared up by now.
