All Good questions. Warrant is technically a Probation Violation / Sentencing Violation. He was convicted of 3rd Degree Assault (assault causing substantial bodily harm to a family member) and was given a 5 year prison sentence. The judge stayed the prison sentence on conditions he go to all ordered treatment and abide by the probation conditions. He did none of this. (no surprise to us!) His warrant has been listed on NCIC since 2000. UFAP's are usually only an option when the suspect crosses state lines and resides in a state other than the one that issued the warrant.

This may be obvious but what the heck....Find his mommy's phone and place a D.N.R. on it...(Dian Number Recorder) at the closest telephone central office, not the box on the street. He WILL CALL mommy before your court order runs out...(30 Days but easliy renewable)..Once he does you will have his landline or cell number..Very easy to determine with what company..A second court order to live ping the phone, (cell) or subscriber landline, ya got him...Of course if he is watching this thread..hehehe..

At this point, we don't believe he has had any contact with his family for some time due to a variety of different family problems, including the fact that he has his own mental problems. Long story that I can't get into....but unfortunately they've been a dead end for us too.

On top of everything else I have read about this guy...he's got mental problems and he doesn't even call his mother!

Sounds like he'd be a lousy dive buddy.

They all call their mommy's and their baby's mommy's, because they NEED them for commissary money later when they know they will eventually get caught....Trust me on that one, this is my 28th year....
