Nice. (it's not hot..yet!)
I might have to start working out in the mornings again once it warms up.

Hahaha! I know! I guess I am spoiled by 55-65 degree running temps! 75 and I am sweating bullets!! So sexy, eh?!

Lucky you!!!
Gimmie more notice when you are visiting. Maybe we can even arrange a dive?

Funny I always skip the gym the day after diving. I guess early wake up 4 hr rt drive is exhausting.

Hit the gym again today:
20min cardio eliptical warm up (increasing difficulty)

chest/shoulder/tri
Each: 2-3 exercises 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
90% max

2xTravel luggage each with 65lbs of tech gear: front squat into rear cargo area of SUV.
15lbs of regulators (six total) in carry-on: military shoulder press reps in preparation for placement in jetliner's overhead storage bin.

Overseas, on the road and halfway-around-the-world in the Indian Ocean --this time for most of the month:D!

Nice. Have a good, safe trip. And don't forget your trip report when you return.

We had a nice relaxing 20 mile bike ride today. Gorgeous weather for a ride!

That's funny, I did the same thing on Sunday ... 21 miles on a trail that follows a river. Couldn't believe how fast I was cooking along on the way out ... thinking to myself, boy those workouts are really paying off. I felt like I was hardly working.

Then we turned around and realized we'd had a 25 kt tailwind pushing us along ... which we were now going to have to pedal into the whole way back ... :shocked2:

We had a headwind on the way back too! We were putzing around anyway, so it was all good! Fun to just get out and feel the wind in your face!
