Ok I promise this is a serious question!

Is your head supposed to fit all the way in the tip or is there supposed to be an air void before the tube starts? Never thought I was that well endowed so I got a 32mm. Problem is I have about a 1/4 gap from the tip to where the tube starts

Thanks!

Short answer... :eyebrow:
Stuff yourself as far into the tip of the cath as you can. Trim off about a quarter inch of the hose part of the cath. The less of the catheter you have what is loose the less chance of a kink, not to be confused with any other kink while we're talking about this.

You'll have to experiment a little, because you don't want the result of the stuffing process to restrict water flow.

Not directly related to the condom catheter, but since I mentioned restrictions, I replaced the smallish 1/4 or 1/8 inch tubing and fitting that came with the valve with 3/8 ID tubing that goes from cath to the valve. Also had to replace the -NPT to hose barb- fitting in the valve with one to accept 3/8 ID tubing, also.

The glue can start on and only be on your shaft and it will work just fine. Don't worry about that gap, you entire head can be free of glue and it won't leak as long as you don't have a kink. I like the suggestion to cut a 1/4" off the tip of the catheter (not your penis OUCH) so that the catheter does not kink.

In a nutshell, the less distance there is between the end of the penis and the start of the hose the better. The condom is very soft and if there is much space between the end of the penis and the start of the hose that space WILL crush and or kink. So, eliminate that space as best you can.

Also "prime" by peeing through the plumbing before you zip yourself completely in for two reasons. 1) fills the tube with fluid so there is no air. 2) make sure there are no kinks or restrictions that prevent urine flow in the system before you zip yourself in. If there is a kink you can react before a "blow out" and you get yourself soaked with.. well you know.

if you have an issue with the catheter coming off, use a ty-wrap to cinch it down... as tightly as you possibly can.

(Of course I'm kidding!)

One should use a hose clamp.
