I think that you are right except that DQ was the next business to the east of Morgans.

There also used to be a sit down chain restaurant on the upper level of Punta Langosta mall close to the water. Cannot remember the name but on a later trip it was gone. I do not have enough insight into the economy there to understand how things work.

Another place I used to frequent to make phone calls was The Crew Office just a few doors north of Tony Romes. Last year it was gone. Did it move or just go out of business?

Yep, DQ was where Woody's is now.

Crew Office moved...but is not really the same. Lalo (Eduardo) the owner is concentrating more on his computer repair and technical assistance business, but does have an internet cafe back on 30th - more for locals now.

There are still several convenient Internet cafés/call centers in town. Used the one located at the corner of Avenida 10 con Rosado Salas (across the street from Deep Blue) quite often last year.
