July 15, Venice Beach Dive

I'm looking into taking a shark tooth dive charter Friday afternoon or Sunday morning, if anyone is interested and would like to buddy-up! I've never been fossil hunting or to Venice, so thought I would try to check out both the shore and boat diving while I'm there ️

It always good to train your eyes by watching some Youtube videos.


You'll find mainly the small teeth from shore, but megs and other fossils can be found to. Just more rare.
Keep in mind some of these videos are compilations of several dives.​

I unfortunately am still scheduled to work. Today I attended a new dive club that was hosted at Gaspars, I mentioned this get together to the group of around 20 people, and there seemed to be a ton of interest. Woot looks like a party in the making.

I've been super busy with work and all so haven't devoted much time to the organization of this trip. Basically I see it as we show up, if you have a pop up shelter to share, it would be much appreciated, bring some food and drinks for your party, more if you want to share. And dive dive dive!
