Had a quick look at this spool, but have not had it in the water yet...

I want to get it in the water to see how negative it is

I like the swivel. Might add that to my cheap spool.

i have 15 and 35 m versions.

it is really nice one! light, easy grip both on surface and underwater. flat cave line winds pretty compact and seems pretty strong.

the only thing that is a "minus" is the material. it is aluminium. so has negative buoyancy. if you drop delrin/plastic ones in the water they still float in front of you for 10-15 secs, enough time to catch it. this ones sinks most instantly. but from another hands, this negative buoyancy helps stabilize the line when your smb is up and floating and you fix line/spool with a double ender.
