What kind of shark is this?

100% tiger. A lemon shark has a more pronounced 2nd dorsal fin, where the tigers 2nd dorsel is much smaller. A tiger sharks strips often disappear with age. You can also identify them by their flatter nose.

Definitely a tiger shark. And a jerk one at that....

That could be Tiger Beach in the Bahamas.

They're frisky like that there since they have regular contact with divers.

Frisky? My dog is frisky, but she does not try to bite me. Those shark feeding dives are one the dumbest concepts I have seen. Teaching an apex preditor that divers are a source of food increases the likelihood of us moving up on their menu selection. There is a good reason why park rangers tell you not to feed the bears. Same should apply to sharks, morays, etc.
