The rooms above the reception are land side, if i remember correctly and cheaper. Go for Sea side.
And i would guess that it will not be very full as they are just restartung after Corona.

But seaside is noisy party side?

You have rooms with sea view above the bar and toward the restaurant (Room Numbers 250ish)
And you have rooms sea side to the beach - these are around Room Numbers 23x - 22x and 33x - 32x.

If at all, then in the one toward the restaurant. "Party" meaning a few people having a beer.
As these are all divers and kiters, they are keen to be up early the next morning for the boat trips or for the morning wind.
The biggest thing is the Full Moon Party once a month at the Kite House - not pictured.

I’m going to respectfully disagree here... the bar plays very loud techno trance until midnight, particularly on Friday and Saturday. It doesn’t bother me because i wear earplugs, but it 100% isn’t a few people having a beer” the bass is palpable in rooms on the ground floor by the gym and ‘pétanque court’

I have been there for ‘Diver days’ over the last few years. Which may be why it’s louder due to parties. The diver days are when big groups are booked out of Germany by a tour company. Worth making sure you check if these are going on during your visit as they block off the early zodiac for exclusive usage for the tour divers. This concerned me, but ended up not being as bad as I though it would be and I liked the vibe from the big group. The dive shop is very efficient and there is a lot of space for changing etc. They do a very good job, even if there were 50+ divers onsite you wouldn’t feel crowded.
