The foreground kayak is large enough 2 people and their gear. The 2 seater was surprisingly easy to get in and out of.

i like the ocean kayak set up, i was looking at a 6-8 man rubber inflatable zodiac type of boat with a 5-10 hp motor. i would fell comfortable being a few hundred yards off shore in one of those. I dont think i will be getting one any time soon due to storage issues but it would be nice. for shore dives that i have to gear up in a parking lot, i like to use a yoga mat to stand on especially when i am getting my dry suit on. i dont want to step on any rocks or risk getting a puncture in the booties before i put on my rock boots.
