Looks like it is under remodeling construction according to the info I received. On top of that there are some dive boat issues. I use to manage a dive resort around the corner near Black Rock,End of the World resort. The island is beautiful,the diving is great BUT the sand flies are 'thee worst' I have ever experienced!
