The Guardian confirms that the kids were drugged:

Seems rather prudent to me; I for one really wouldn't want to handle a panicked child underwater in zero vis. Load them up well into happy happy joy land, but not so much that they're reduced to unconscious luggage

Ha, so my suggestion of a little bit of valium might have been correct :)

Given panic a primary risk something to take the edge off it probably was prudent.

In any event, great news 11 out. Now for the remainder. Here's hoping the rest goes smoothly.

This rescue will go down in history for sure.

I’m watching a live feed in Perisocpe and the blogger on the scene says people are celebrating that the last person - the coach - has been safely removed.

The same feed is saying Thai and Australian news is reporting this but I’ve not confirmed this myself.

Could it be?

The eleventh one out is the 11 year old, nickname Titan. My heart swells! So happy but still feeling cautious not to get too happy.

Oh!! That would be perfect!! Oh I so hope that's true!! Then, they won't have to wait one more day! I'm off to scour the news in Hope's of finding some confirmation Flynn.

Great News but I will hold my celebrations until the cave is clear and the rescuers are safely out as well!

During an interview following the rescue of the 11th boy, here's what he had to say about the rescues:

"This could easily be the terrestrial Apollo 13 of our age", referring to the feat of the over all rescues.

Hi everyone...

Genuine question here: why did they use tanks instead of rebreathers? Wouldn’t rebreather have made more sense? They wouldn’t have to place tanks along the route every night. Nor would they have to switch tanks in the middle of the route.

Are the closed circuit units too big?

The Guardian also confirming they are all free now!!

The joy, the joy, the utter joy!!
