Just getting back into things after my original certification almost 30 years ago. Loved getting certified but never had both the money and time at the SAME time to pursue it any farther.
Became partially disabled in 2015, but this summer, something got triggered in me and I started remembering how much FUN diving is, even if I never got farther than my certification dives. So, thanks to a great shop and a great team that deals with disabled diving, I'm trying again.
As of this intro, I'm working on my PADI ReActivate course. Just getting the gear on again after all these years and sitting at the bottom of the pool... rediscovering the feel of breathing underwater... unleashed a flood of memories.
Maybe this time I'll get farther than I did last time!
