Come on guys, ask your buddies about this watch. It is a very nice watch that SOMEBODY must want back. Does anyone have any suggestions of other places I could post the notice. Almost all outlets for this watch are in Europe, is there a website or forum more popular with divers in Europe? Ed

So far, not a Mickey Mouse, not a Casio, not a Tag Heuer and not Augustus' Wife's Rolex. While it is a good watch, not one of those. Since it was buried in the sand, it could have been there a very long time...hard to tell, but looks recently lost. Still running with correct time.

If anyone knows of someone who lost a diving watch in Cozumel recently, let me know what it was and describe it. We found it buried in the sand with only the band showing.

I don't know why Oceanic did not change the waterproof box, but the serial number and original Oceanic labels clearly show it is a 4.1 computer. ALso if you look in the menu section of the computer itself it identifies it as a 4.1. Ed

As coldwaterlloyd says, there IS internet on the boat, but when we were on it last Sep it was clear that it could only be used in emergencies by passengers. The captain does daily reports on it and gets wx info. If the need was real, they might let you use it. Ed
