Answer to question #1: Because it's there. Answer to question #2: Because it's there. Seriously though, main reason I took up diving was because it didn't make much sense to have "dive debriefings" (beer,:cheers:food,:lunch:belly laughs,:haha: in that order) w/o going diving.

Really doesn't matter what, who, or how. I would consider that line of crap an insult to my intelligence and would take my business elsewhere. Either the store person who told you that was born yesterday or they think you were. Either way I wouldn't do business with them.
