Has anyone ever run into a dive operation being upset about a 3 cubic foot Spare Air bottle being out of hydro or not having a current visual sticker on it? Are these required for a Spare Air bottles?

My buddy's Uawatec (?? On spelling) computer has about 600 dives and just started displaying strange numbers. But if he twists the console the numbers display correctly. The computer also beeps at half tank and other correct times. Anyone else have this problem and is it repairable? Sue
