My Vyper, less than a year old, had the same problem two weeks ago. My LDS tested it in a pressure chamber & confirmed that the depth sensor wasn't working. Looks like there's a current settlement in the US for defective depth sensors in Suunto computers: Home | Suunto Dive Computer Settlement

Will definitely work towards learning to service my own kit, in the meantime I'll need to rely on the LDS. I was told that it may be even harder to source for parts here because one shop holds exclusive rights for the SP parts. I'll reach out to them tomorrow for service quotes.
