I take off everything except fins; to get back in to an inflatable. Cameras, lights, reels and weights go into the boat first. BCD, tank & regs are clipped off and pulled in afterwards. MPM

Quit living in fear; fear of sharks, lightening, snakes etc. Between 30,000 and 40,000 people die on US roads every year but nobody seems to "fear" driving. Very few fears are rational. Go diving and boats are best. BTW, isn't the Breakwater where the seals & sea lions hang out?

So how do they work? If you don't put on the cathether do you shut off a valve from the outside or is there a "check valve" that prevents the ocean from coming in? :confused:
