Video of my first chamber ride

It can't be real. I don't know of any chamber that you can just show up at & get treatment. You have to go to a proper MEDICAL facility first.

Scuba diver death in Rochester NY

That's bull****. Until YOU know the cause of death you can't say that. All I'll say is he'd be dead whether he was diving, sleeping, driving etc.

Because the cirriculum has to be designed for the slowest learners & it's not practical to have multiple cirriculums (Or is that cirriculi?) for people of different comprehension levels.

    Fat AND smoking cigarettes???

Who cares if he smokes. I'm not fat & I quit smoking 16 mos. ago, but when I did smoke (1 to 2 pks. a day)there was very few people who could outrun me. That's distance & speed. In a 2 mile run when I was in the academy only 1 person (non smoker) finished in front of me.

Combatting 50 degrees of frigid cold water...

Cost of ownership more than buying it? You're kidding right? I can have all 3 seals replaced at my LDS for less than $100 (that's seals & labor) & the seals on my old suit were over 3 yrs. old but still in excellent shape. Basic maintenance goes a looooooong way towards keeping your suit up. The...

    Near miss at 90 foot.

There's times (which is usually) in Lake Erie where you can't see the boat from 15' let alone your buddy. It would depend on who I was diving with as to what I would do, but I'd probably surface to see what the problem was as before the dive I always stress to my buddy (buddies) when & where...

    Getting into a drysuit alone

My back zip wasn't too bad as long as you didn't catch the underwear in the zipper. I could actually zip it by contorting a little to reach the pull w/my right hand- pull it to about midback than reach around my head with my left hand & pull it the rest of the way shut. & that was with a...

Once dry, do you ever go back to wet?

Lake Erie stays in the low to mid 40s even when the surface is 70+. I don't miss the wet suit in that aspect.
