I have two Ocean Reef Predator Full Face Masks with full communications for $1799. These are only 2 months old from the factory and in absolute mint condition. do you need any special skills or training to use them?

Yes you should get trained for a closed mask system, I.E, breathing on the surface with surface valve, mask clearing, etc..
