Hi guys... checking in... bought a bus pass for February... walked to the bus this morning (20 mins.) and walked back home (20 mins.)... 40 minutes total. :)
 
Inside temp 65°. Outside temp 46°. Cats, kid and dog snuggled on my bed. Do I get out and run or stay nice and warm?
I got out of that cozy bed and ran two miles! Whoo hoo! Dive accessories helped.. gloves for the hands and rash guard over the T shirt and under the sweatshirt. :)
 
5 minute warm-up on the rowing machine (for ~1000 meters)
Two sets of flies
Two sets of incline bench press
Two sets of unassisted dips
2.25 mile run
Stretching at the end (of course)
 
Now that I'm over the shock of being back home in sub-arctic (150miles south of the Arctic Circle) cold I hit the gym for a spin class and some abs exercises. We usually do 30-45min on the bike and finish up with exercises; today was abs.

All things considered feel pretty good. Ran out of legs before I ran out of lungs. So that is good.

Oh yes, 3 weeks of vacation luxury and only gained 1 pound. YEAH!!!!
 
5 miles of speed training (running) today.
 
60 minute doing that exercise eliplical and watching a good movie. :)
 
this morning was a kickboxing session in the heat and humidy... my shirt was soaked and i felt woosey at some point but finished the class

Two sets of low rows
Two sets of curls
Two sets of lat pulldowns
Then a fast (for me) 2-mile run
 
Had an incredibly tough time getting motivated today. Mood: Blah!!!

Warmup 15 min Elliptical

Tabata Intervals (abbreviated)
Pull-ups on Rings -Assisted (3 cycles)
Dips on Rings (3 cycles)
Push-ups on Rings (3 cycles)
Deadlifts (3 cycles)
Air Squats (3 cycles)

Cooldown 10 min Recumbent Bike

My hands took a beating on the rings and I don't think I could have shaken anyone's hand for a while afterwards.
