This is just a wee bit off-color, but bear with me. When a couple is in the process of conceiving a child, the man is telling the woman that his "part" is SO BIG!

Nine months later, when she has just spent hours pushing a 7 to 9 pound baby out of that same passageway where the man was supposed to feel SO BIG, the man holds the baby and says, "IT'S SO TINY!"

It's all our fault, of course.
