I'm guessing typical restrictions apply, Full Cave, Abe Davis, Guide, ect?
That would apply to diving Hart Springs,but the park (which is very nice place) is being used as the location for this event. There is other diving planned,plus Ginnie and Manatee are just a short distance away.

What's the cost if we don't want to (or can't) dive Hart?
Diving Hart and admittance to the park are mutually exclusive. Cost for the clinic is being determined,and will be announced.
