A few questions from the Philippines

Hi. I currently own a D1 Cold reg set and have a few questions:

1. Is there a local dealer in the Philippines or at least in Asia?
2. Will service courses be offered here?
3. I do not have a technical cert but I do service my regs. Will I qualify to take the course?
4. Does the BP2 have a SS, composite or chromed brass piston?
