Aeris A300ai Not Communicating With Desktop

    Location: SoCal
    I have an Aeris A300ai that I got used and it didn't come with the CD. After doing a little research I tried the Oceanic desktop software, but it just times out. I noticed that the Sherwood Vision appears to be the same computer. The software interface looks exactly like the Oceanic, unfortunately, it just times out as well. Anyone have any ideas? I'd like to actually download the dive and change the "my Info" screen.
