It shows Philippines on 15 Jun, they started limited domestic flights yesterday (1 Jun)
Sorry but I think this is just plain BS. First of, the author seems not to know the difference between airspace and airport.
Second for my country (Greece) the date given is wrong for both airports and airspace.
The actual dates for Greece have been known to public for few weeks now - hence there is no way ICAO (that this website refers to as its' source) wouldn't know.
