Hello, does anybody know the scuba diving regulations in Albania?

Do we have to dive with local DC?

Do we have to inform the coastal guard when and where are we going to dive?

I am mostly interested if we rent a house on the beach can we just jump in the water and dive or do we have to get some kind of OK from someone?

You could call Bozana Ostojic at Calypso, I know she organized Albania dive trips before.

Albania has zero regulations.
