All metal regulators - travel durability

Thanks for all the feedback. Even though material durability doesn't sound like too much of an issue, it looks like the Mares V16 Proton Metal is going to take the crown here. Definitely want the humidifying function,I've suffered through one too many dry mouths. If I drink too much before, then my mouth may be ok but then I increase the risk of me wanting to take a leak, if I don't drink enough then I get a dry mouth. Hopefully this will make enough of a difference to make this a non-issue. I don't really want to spring for a bio-filter or deal with the extra item.
