Looks like the opposite of Maldives...I'll dive with these guys!
I was with Orca where there were no buddy checks, no air requests underwater, etc. when 3 of the 7 clients had only 6 dives each (22 year old young women) and two of the others were 12 years of age. Would you really want to be there? Given the skills of the clients and lack of safety, the probability of a risk event occurring was high.
