Woke today to -32F here at the house. Second day of this and it is forecast for another week. BUT, it is down to -51F for the mushers and dogs on the Yukon Quest trail. The leaders are already here and have set new record for muching from Whitehorse, YT to Fairbanks, AK. But the rest will take another few days to get here. I'm scheduled to work a communications shift later today;from a heated log cabin downtown.
So, it is a good day to get files off the old computer and to find a program to write over the erased data so it won't be recoverable by someone. Once that is done the old one goes to a non-profit service group for their use.
